Being prepared, not yet open for voting

Active and accepting votes
Passed
Received sufficient votes in favor
Failed
Did not receive sufficient votes
Withdrawn
Removed by the proposer
An issue can have multiple competing motions. This allows the team to consider different approaches before voting.
